What’s Included

• Hotel room (Superior rooms add 10€ / Nt)

• Ski or snowboard hire (bookable in resort)
• Ski or snowboard lessons (bookable in resort, subject to availability)
• Dinner: Full menu 4 courses of which choice (Restaurant in the evening open from June 23rd to August 31st every day except Wednesday) 2 starters of your choice : 2 hot dishes of your choice / 2 desserts of your choice / Cheese platter (6 nights)
• A cot  if necessary (please pre-book) (€25 per stay)

Child rates

• apply only to the third and fourth person/s in a room using the child bunk beds in family rooms.
  *For children age 2-12 taking 3rd and 4th beds in a quad or triple room.
• Children age 2-17 get 10% off for taking adult beds in twin/dbl rooms
• Children age 2-17 get 15% off for taking adult beds in triple rooms
• Children 0-2yrs stay free

Under occupancy supplements

• Twin: Per empty bed = 75% x 1 adult bed
• Triple: Per empty bed = 50% x 1 adult bed
• Quad: Per empty bed (bunk or dbl) = 25% x 1 adult bed (Season & High Season)
• Quad: Per empty bed (bunk or dbl) = 50% x 1 adult bed (Peak Season & first week of April)

Pets

No pets are allowed in the hotel

Booking & Deposits

• All bookings must be made with a deposit equalling 50% of the total price.
• Deposits and final payments can be paid by credit or debit card, taken over the phone.
• Deposits can also be paid by bank transfer to the ‘SARL Venture’ account with Banque Populaire.
• For cancellations and no-shows, SARL Venture and the Hotel Philibert reserve the right to keep any pre-paid deposits and charge additional fees.
• Remaining balances are paid ten weeks prior to arrival, or on receipt of invoice if the booking is made within 10 weeks.
• Taxe de Séjour will be paid on arrival at the hotel
