Summer 2020 Prices for Hotel Philibert, Morzine

Please note that after Sept 1st, there will be limited lifts (or no lifts running) and fewer resort facilities open.

What’s Included?

• Hotel bedroom (Premium rooms add from €8 p/Nt)
• Bed linen and one towel per week (mid week towel change for 7 Nt bookings)
• Breakfast each day (continental buffet with full English cooked breakfast options)
• Afternoon tea & coffee ecah day with biscuits or freshly made cakes
• 5 course evening menu each night, (except Wednesday)
• A child cot and mattress if required (please pre-book)
• Guest Wi-fi in lounge and bedrooms
• Use of wellness suite (pool, sauna, jacuzzi) during set opening hours

Not Included

• Holiday Taxe (Taxe de Sejour) at €1.50 p/adult/day. (Paid locally)
• Travel and Transfers

Your Half board Catering package:

Included with all stays at the Hermine blanche is our half board catering package:
A daily continental & cooked breakfast buffet, Afternoon cakes and tea (6 days), Five course evening meal (6 days)
Restaurant is closed on a Wednesday night. All Half board bookings which cross over a Wednesday will have a €20 reduction for no evening meal. Kids under 12 have a €5 reduction. Breakfast is served as normal on a Wednesday.

All newly renovated rooms are an additional €10 per day

Child rates are for children’s beds, which are bunk-beds within a family room for 4.
Children taking Adult beds in twin/bouble rooms : 10% discount.
Children taking Adult beds in triple rooms : 15% discount.

Pets: No pets are allowed in the hotel

Under occupancy supplements

Twin: Per empty bed = 75% x 1 adult bed
Triple: Per empty bed = 50% x 1 adult bed
Quad: Per empty bed (bunk or dbl) = 25% x 1 adult bed (Season & High Season)
Quad: Per empty bed (bunk or dbl) = 50% x 1 adult bed (Peak Season & first week of April)

Booking & Deposits

All bookings must be made with a deposit equalling 30% of the total price.
Deposits and final payments can be paid by credit or debit card, taken over the phone. Credit card fees are 1.5%, Debit cards are €2
Deposits can also be paid by bank transfer to the ‘SARL Venture’ account with Banque Populaire.
For cancellations and no-shows, SARL Venture and the Hotel Philibert reserve the right to keep any pre-paid deposits and charge additional fees.
Remaining balances are paid ten weeks prior to arrival, or on receipt of invoice if the booking is made within 10 weeks.
Taxe Sejour will be paid on arrival at the hotel

Our Active Packs are packages of activities we have hand-picked for your enjoyment.
Each Active Pack includes:
• 3 days Mtn bike hire • White water rafting (1 session) • 6 day Multi Pass with Aquatic Centre access • one guided walk • one guided bike ride (professional guides) • One session of paddleboarding or & kayaking on Lac Montriond.

Multipass includes:

Available from 25 June to September 1, 2018
A Multipass is a 6 day pass to resort activities which we can arrange for you.
Each Multi Pass includes:
• The Aquatic centre • 2 swimming lakes • 25 lifts for pedestrians (gondolas, cable cars & chairlifts) • 5 cultural sites • 9 tennis courts • 2 ice skating rinks • 3 tourist road trains • Inter-resort shuttle busses • 850kms of walking tracks & biking trails.

Book in resort

To book any of our Extras guests will have the opportunity to do so on arrival in resort with hotel reception or one of our Active Reps.

Activity terms

Terms for Activities provided within Active Packs, or sold separately on arrival.

All activities and excursions sold in resort or included within the Active Packs, such as but not limited to, White Water Rafting, Canyoning, Climbing (etc) are run by third party suppliers for whom Hotel Philibert and Alpine Elements act as Agents. As such, these third party supplier Terms and Conditions will apply and these activities will not form part of your holiday contract with us. We advise that you request a copy of the supplier’s Terms and Conditions on arrival from your host or hotel reception if you wish to clarify the legal terms applicable to the contract governing the excursion.

Terms for Activities provided within Multipasses.

Hotel Philibert acts as an agent for the Tourist Office supplied Multi-pass and all activities are run by third party suppliers whose terms will apply. Hotel Philibert will collect these passes from the Tourist Offices and deliver them to you for your convenience. Our clients must understand that there are risks involved with the activities contained in the Multi-pass programme. We advise that you request a copy of the supplier’s Terms and Conditions on arrival from your Rep or hotel reception if you wish to clarify the legal terms applicable to the contract governing the Multi-pass.
